Course Introduction

The course makes one to be proficient in analysis of electronic systems which are continuously varying with the variable. It also helps to understand the integrated circuit technology that has made it easier to design digital circuits.  Analog circuits are widely used in radio and audio equipment along with other applications where signals are derived from analog sensors before being converted into digital signals for subsequent storage and processing. In digital circuits, with the help of the software associated with the circuit one can easily change the functionality of the digital circuit without changing the actual circuit. The rapid advancements in IC technology such as the existing VLSI (Very Large Scale Integration) technology has made it possible to produce highly complex digital circuits at low costs.
